Heritage Home is a beautiful, restful place. a home away from home just 10 minutes from the US border and one hour from Montreal .

A Place to Heal

Healing is about more than overcoming addiction; it's about rejuvenating the body and the spirit.

During your treatment at Heritage Home, put your well-being first by taking some yoga or meditation classes.or with a work-out in our training room.

At Heritage Home we feel that good, nourishing, healthy and delicious food is an important part of wellness. That's why our dining room offers the kinds of homemade meals and snacks your body deserves.

Get in touch with nature in the serenity of our rural surroundings: Take a nature walk, go for a swim, go snowshoeing or skiing.We even offer all-season horseback riding lessons with an equestrian trainer. So get outside and enjoy the country air and replenish your spirit in the beauty of your environment.

.And when you're ready, come along on one of our outings! Go to fun and exciting places -- With your counselors along for support you can enjoy sober living. We take day trips to the beach , boating , skiing , skating and hiking . We go to The Montreal International Jazz Festival , and walk the cobblestone streets and sample the cuisine of Old Montreal , a little bit of Europe in the middle of North America . By going out with your counselors you can experience a little of what life after recovery feels like, and come back to Heritage Home to discuss what you felt and experienced.

Your Comfort and Safety

At Heritage Home, help and healing take place in a homey environment, where you can enjoy the privacy of your own suite, beautifully furnished for your comfort and peace of mind. Each room comes with its own full bath or shower and our guests are welcome to bring along reminders of home to personalize their living space.

We can help you to get whatever kind of medical attention you might require, from scheduling appointments with a physician to providing access to emergency care. You can entrust your safety and security to us.
