Your healing journey continues when you leave Heritage Home. Post-treatment planning is essential to your sobriety. Our counselors are committed to working with you as you continue your recovery process.
Community Bulletin Board
Got a question, a problem, or a tip to help others in recovery? Post it on our community bulletin board, right here on our web site. A counselor checks in regularly to answer questions and give advice, free of charge.
Crisis Counseling and Help Line
We are available by phone or e-mail for crisis counseling, family intervention, or general support.
Short-term Residential Treatment
We also invite clients to revisit our center if they are experiencing difficulties and need residential care. We even offer a 2-week "refresher" for those who need support as they continue with their recovery.
Referrals
We provide referral services by contacting agencies in your home area and working with you to determine what kind of support you need.
If you are involved in a criminal or civil law dispute, we can provide intervention and referral assistance.
